Dr Vicki (or whoever I am officially) graduated from Ontario Veterinary College in 1986 and was a classmate of Dr. Lewars. Vicki started working in Saskatchewan but returned to Ontario a year or so later. She has lived and worked in this area for most of the past 28 years.

 
Dr Cane worked as an emergency vet for over 14 years, and is happy to put night shifts behind her and join the wonderful clients and staff at Westend Vet Hospital.

Her special interests are ophthalmology, pain management and cuddling puppies and kittens. Vicki is also an official turtle taxi for the turtle rescue.
 
She has two amazing daughters who are both at the University of Guelph and a great husband, Mike. Her daughter allows her to share life with her dog Jude. She is presently catless but that shouldn’t last too long! She’s also a master scuba diver and planning a dive trip for the summer of 2018.

Dr Vicki is also very camera shy, so please come in to meet her in person she's a hoot.
